Automotive, Solar, E-Rickshaw, Railways, Telecom etc) and deliverables may include (BoM, dimensional drawings, material specifications, process specifications, process and product control parameters, quality / control plan, process flow charts, SOPs etc)
• Support in sourcing infrastructure (Machineries, Technologies etc) and raw materials at optimum cost.
• Plant layout design ensuring lean concepts.
• Process and Product audit.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for field complaints and optimise / redesign product and process to eliminate the vital causes.

• Designing of hardware for required application requirement including safety critical applications and deliverables may include (BoM, Architecture Desing, Schematics, FMECA etc.).
• Support for designing of hardware and software for embedded system including for safety critical applications.
• Support in architecture and detailed design of software.
• Conduct software unit testing using tools (certified tools).
• Conduct software / hardware integration testing (SHI).
• Conduct functional testing.
• Customised training on various system assurance tools / methods / techniques (includes FMEA, FMECA, FTA, ETA, Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment etc.).
